The History of Information Design
This infographic highlights a timeline of key moments in the history of Information Design, which is layered further by demonstrating how it has evolved as a field of study. For instance, the modern interpretation of cartography, i.e. a GPS–driven digital map is shown in relation to its earliest account. To steer away from the usual vector-based aesthetic of infographics, it is made to look like a screenprint.
